The Role of an Assistant Front Office Manager Together with the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Front Office department. You will be working with a very dynamic Front Office team who are fully committed to providing the best possible service to all or guests. Some of the specific tasks include assisting with the management of all Reception and concierge operations, including liaising with teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer feedback and requests. As well as ensuring efficient coverage of Duty Management and nights and assist in managing the overnight team of the hotel and manage the resource planning and recruitment of front office team members. To be successful you will be self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude. You will have excellent attention to detail and be committed to providing outstanding service to guests. Ideally you will have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role, possess a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and always strive to go above and beyond for guests.
