An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing workforce research team at The University of Manchester. Applications are invited from outstanding candidates for the position of Research Associate to contribute to a programme of research centred around pharmacy workforce development. The post will be available immediately and will be tenable until 31 March 2026. Funding is available to undertake this post on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will join the Centre for Pharmacy Workforce Studies (CPWS) in collaboration with the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE). We are a thriving research team within a research environment, which supports research career progression proactively. Our research is led by Prof Ellen Schafheutle and you will work in close collaboration with healthcare professionals, social scientists, and policymakers. You will contribute to impactful research projects that directly influence policy and practice. The successful applicant will work on a number of research projects in the area of pharmacy workforce and pharmacy post-registration learning.
