Permanent, full time Admin Assistant / Secretary role for a solicitors firm based in Taunton, TA1
1. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
2. 1 hour lunch break (unpaid)
3. £23,000 per annum
4. Free parking on site or easily accessible by public transport - 10 minutes’ walk from the train station
About the role
5. Ensuring prompt response to telephone calls, taking accurate messages
6. Collating id/fees/paperwork
7. Audio typing
8. Updating client databases
9. Filing, photocopying and printing of documents
The right candidate
10. Excellent communication skills – in person, on the phone and via email
11. Previous experience of audio typing in a similar role – receptionist, secretary in an office environment or hotel
12. Comfortable with IT systems – Microsoft office
