Main responsibilities of a Legal Conveyancing Assistant include:
1. Preparing correspondence and administration using a CMS
2. Liaising with clients both over the telephone and face to face, delivering excellent, professional customer service
3. Scanning, photocopying and audio typing of information across multiple formats
4. Diary management and administrative support to the Solicitors
We are looking for someone with:
1. Demonstrable experience within a residential conveyancing environment
2. Strong audio typing skills, from dictation
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry
4. A methodical, organised approach to work
5. Good communication skills
