What You’ll Do as an Agricultural Engineer:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with agricultural machinery and systems.
2. Oversee maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
3. Work across workshop and mobile service environments, providing on-site support to customers as needed.
What We’re Looking For in an Agricultural Engineer:
1. Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Land-Based Engineering. Candidates with 10+ years of current relevant experience are also welcome.
2. Experience: Proficiency with diagnostic tools in agricultural machinery is advantageous.
3. Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills.
4. Team Player: Willingness to support the team, particularly during busy harvest seasons with overtime opportunities.
