We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Study and Work Away (SWAY) Service. The SWAY International Mentorship Manager will be responsible for leading on the development, implementation and coordination of a new international mentorship programme for students within the Una Europa alliance. The goal of the programme is to connect students with non-academic mentors working in a broad range of fields across Europe in order to develop their professional skills and intercultural competences. The postholder will support programmatic design, delivery and promotion to both University of Edinburgh students and potential mentorship organisations across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with an interest in developing new programmes, supporting student employability and working with international partners. The Manager will be based in the SWAY Projects team but will also work with services and departments across the University as well
as with colleagues based around the member institutions of the Una Europa alliance.
