College Employers Scotland is looking for a National Bargaining Lead, responsible for negotiations in relation to support staff in the college sector. The role will involve building and maintaining relationships with a range of external stakeholders, including liaising with trade unions and providing ongoing advice to the college sector in Scotland.
Reporting into the Director, the post holder will play a leading role in all aspects of National Bargaining negotiations, representing the sector on key policy areas and implementing agreed national actions and activities.
Working at an operational and strategic level, the successful candidate will help to establish, agree and implement national conditions of service for Scotland’s colleges.
