You will participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also have a deep commitment to providing first class customer service and have exceptional communication among a global audience of stakeholders and customers. This role can be based anywhere in Europe Your main responsibilities - Understand the application's value chain and stakeholders. - Visit customers to understand their needs and behaviors. - Analyze trends, competition, and purchasing decisions. - Define and manage products, including end-of-life and health monitoring. - Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies. - Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and pilot new ideas. - Monitor costs, prioritize, and implement savings measures. - Set prices, enable sales force, develop tools, and monitor performance. - Performance Reporting: Create P&L, monitor KPIs, and contribute to financial planning. - Identify and manage application-related risks. - Coordinate with stakeholders and create communication materials. - Ensure sustainability targets are met and comply with regulations. - Set lead times, manage inventory, and optimize manufacturing capacity. Your background: Along with deep technical product knowledge and hands-on practical experience, we also imagine you may also have: - Master's degree or equivalent preferred with some relevant working experience - Fluent in English - Industry experience, preferably in large manufacturing environments - Proven experience managing processes in global or regional technical development, business development, and services - Strong influencing skills - Experience ensuring profitability through initiatives - Experience with driving and specifying digital solutions - Ability to initiate and manage customer-centric development projects, ensuring market deliveries What's in it for you?
