Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, adapting to the customer’s buying strategy and encouraging test drives. Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines. Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work required before delivery. Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future business. Plan and organise your daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business.
