We are seeking a mid to senior-level Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising our paid search campaigns and exploring additional channels such as paid social media, SEO, and content marketing. You will play a critical role in achieving high-quality sales at a lower cost of acquisition, allowing our company to maximise our marketing budget and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms to drive quality leads and sales. - Analyse campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. - Collaborate with the general marketer, designers, and web developer to align marketing strategies and ensure cohesive branding. - Explore and test additional marketing channels, including paid social media and SEO strategies, to diversify acquisition tactics. - Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for cost-effective customer acquisition. - Utilise in-house CRM, SEMrush, and Power BI to track performance and generate reports for the CEO and broader team. - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). - 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search. - Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and achieving KPIs. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics). - Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment. - Self-motivated and able to work independently while being trusted to deliver results.
