As a Customer Service and Collections Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing financial support and finding positive solutions to ease customers' financial worries. Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Engage with clients' customers through outbound calls to assist with outstanding debt.
2. Keep detailed account notes in the customer database after each call.
3. Deliver top-notch service with a focus on treating customers fairly.

1. Exceptional customer service skills from contact centre or face-to-face experience.
2. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences during every call.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Confidence and empathy in handling challenging conversations.

2. Immediate start with rotational shifts: Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm) and Saturday (9am - 4pm).
3. Competitive salary starting at £25K, rising to £26,500 after 2 years.
