WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality and retail sectors. A strong understanding of menu planning and food development. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for innovation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
