You will join the AFC Risk Assessment Team which is responsible for operationalising an enhanced dynamic Financial Crime Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment methodology. The objectives of the Risk Assessment include identifying Deutsche Bank's financial crime risk exposure.

Your key responsibilities:
* Defining requirements for the design (methodology, assessment unit structure, data analysis, risk identification key risk indicators) and execution of the AFC Risk Assessment, including the revalidation of existing requirements.
* Working to ensure that, where possible, relevant data is sourced via strategic systems.
* Support the execution team in ensuring business and regions understand the risks assessed through the dynamic AFC Risk Assessment methodology.
* Continue on the improvement works of the Global AFC Risk Assessment methodology.
Your skills and experience:
* An understanding of and exposure to the formulation and conduct of risk assessments, preferably gained in a financial institution.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to assimilate large volumes of information and provide actionable solutions to issues arising.
* Strong presentation skills, including the production of communication packs for senior audience, and detailed packs for operational staff.
* Experience of working practically within remediation/change.
* Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, working under pressure and within tight deadlines with no loss of accuracy.
