The successful applicant would work 22.5 hours week between the hours of 11:30 - 19:30. You will be part of a team that provides meals to our patients. The post holder will be expected to carry out duties that involve the lifting, pulling and pushing of heavy trolleys, cleaning duties, and dealing with waste. The ability to communicate effectively is essential and applicants will need basic Level 1 in English literacy and numeracy skills or equivalent. The role involves constant interaction with all other users of the hospital and requires the post holder to be aware of the need to be caring, courteous, respectful, confidential, and customer focused in the delivery of their duties. Previous experience of working in catering role is desirable. Includes weekend working.
