A well established, local client are looking for a highly organised Workshop Administrator to join their team due to continued growth within the business on an initial temporary basis, with potential to lead to a long term, permanent opportunity. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Administrator who wants to make a real impact and grow with a thriving company. You'll work closely with the Service team to coordinate repairs, ensure smooth workshop operations, and deliver top-notch customer service. £13.33 - £14.36 per hour (£26,000 - £28,000) Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with a 1-hour lunch break Office-based Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be immediately available or within 1 weeks’ notice Duties and responsibilities: Booking workshop repairs and assigning work to engineers Liaising with parts team to check stock/order parts Updating CRM system and logging all relevant information Communicating with customers and keeping them informed Liaising with and building relationships with 3rd party suppliers Quoting and sending out repair costs Sending out invoices once jobs are completed Skills and experience: Extensive experience in an administrative role is essential Knowledge of the automotive sector would be preferred Strong organisational skills with good time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure Portrays enthusiasm and ambition to learn and develop Confident working as part of a team Takes a positive, proactive approach IT proficient, with good knowledge of MS Office with experience using a CRM system
