As an IT Service Support Analyst working in a close team, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to 1500+ Affinity Water staff by responding to customer service incidents and service request tickets and resolving these within the agreed SLA.
We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in providing IT Support, primarily phone-based support, backed up with face-to-face, over the phone, and site visits.
A background in customer service would be an advantage.
This role is based in Hatfield, but there are occasions you will be able to work from home subject to management approval.
The person will be required to work a Saturday shift, which is about one in every 5-6 weeks. The shift is from 07:00 – 14:00, which is paid as overtime. You will be put on rota once probation is completed.
You must be able to commute to the Hatfield office within an hour.
