Deliver engineering expertise to our global teams in Level 1, 2 and 3 engineering support. Provide grid technical systems, SCADA engineering and technical expertise to support turbine performance. Deliver strong platform engineering expertise to support the DD, G4, ADW and next generation platforms alongside relevant and needed tooling engineering. Deliver a highly skilled, motivated and highly performing engineering function that supports our customers, the SV strategy, contractual obligations and KPIs. Act as the engineering expertise towards internal and external interfaces and stakeholders in SV OF Eng matters. Lead, manage and resolve fleet support cases including deep dive analysis Platform related product support (WTG and SCADA including Level 2 SCADA) Execute Level 1,2 and 3 engineering support deeper analysis, 8D and RCA. Level 3 support on OFTL and SV engineering escalation for customers. Global fleet support to customers including customer communication. Deliver asset integrity in service OF turbines and own new maintenance concepts Assist Sales and C&WM in technical aspects of customer orders and claims. Assist EHS and QM in technical 8D aspects during investigations and RCAs. Deliver all relevant activities according to the PLMSGRE. Support sales by delivering new serviceability models on new products improving efficiency and reducing costs Ensure that SGRE develops a product designed for servicing, within the target cost range with the expected reliability and maintenance. Influence WTG competitiveness by including SE requirements in new platform developments, incl. maintainability, ergonomics, and safety by design. Define means for platforms maintenance: access and egress, maintenance instructions, tools, and spare parts Support product development and lessons learned into TE design and Manufacturing Create blueprint for engineering strategy in coordination with the SV Leadership team Analyze data weekly/monthly for common causes and feedback into OPs and Sales to improve turbine performance Create awareness and knowledge sharing of relevant engineering activities Develop and deploy new improvement initiatives to secure cost out, productivity, component optimization, efficient organization & asset life optimization What You Need To Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) Experience in engineering/technical management preferred Excellent communication and people skills.
