Our Birmingham office is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Executive to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
About the Role:
* We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent sales skills.
* The ideal candidate will be able to assess client needs, provide customized insurance solutions, and conduct thorough policy reviews.
* A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through effective relationship management.
* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
* Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
