NHS North East North Cumbria (NENC) ICB is a key part of the NHS in our region, working to improve the health of our local population, and ensure that all patients can easily access the care they need quickly and easily when they need it.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who is able to provide effective, comprehensive, confidential, administrative and/or project business level support on a day-to-day basis.
Main duties of the job
By joining our team you will be helping us to achieve our key business priorities, which include:
1. Supporting the team with business requests including project-based work, collating reports and/or data.
2. Supporting team meetings and events by arranging dates and venues, collating agenda items and supporting documents, producing minutes, and any progress action logs relevant to this.

Our Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the largest in the country. The ICB is responsible for ensuring that high quality and safe health services are accessible to all of our communities. It has a wide range of functions, including promoting integration of health and care services, improving people's health and well-being, and reducing health inequalities.
With a £6.6 billion budget and a workforce of 170,000 people across the North East and North Cumbria, ICB staff also work at place level with local health and wellbeing boards in each of our 14 local authority areas. These teams work alongside our 67 primary care networks, which are groups of local GP practices, social care teams, and other community-based area providers.
The ICB works with our Provider Collaborative, which includes the 11 NHS Foundation Trusts in the region, to deliver our shared priorities.

Person Specification
Experience, Training, and Qualifications
* RSA/NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience.
* Significant business support level experience and acquired knowledge of relevant processes or procedures.
* Significant experience of providing project/business level support.
* Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office package including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Compliance with all relevant national and local statutory and mandatory requirements including Health and Safety, Infection Control, and Safeguarding.
* Experience of using MS Office packages to ensure efficient and effective business support.
* Evidence of IT literacy, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience of working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with project-based software packages.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
* Previous experience of supervising/managing staff.
