You will work closely with your peers to create a robust performance system to enable good practice to flourish Through expertise in performance and systems, you will drive the provision of clear, accurate, and translatable performance information and data – turning insight into knowledge – so that everyone at all levels within the organisation can clearly understand and know how management information drives continuous performance and practice improvement As our Head of Performance and Systems, you will provide clear leadership and strategic direction and oversight of information assurance, setting high-level strategy and policy, to ensure stakeholder confidence that risks to the integrity of information in storage and transit is managed pragmatically, appropriately, and in a cost-effective manner The post holder, as Head of Performance and Systems, will promote strong multi-agency partnership working to ensure effective information sharing and joint working. You will also be experienced in being able to robustly challenge and support internally and externally to ensure compliance with procedures, policy, and good practice You will take a major role in external inspection preparation and the delivery of identified objectives and should have an ability to confidently influence and negotiate your creative and innovative solutions at a senior level As strategic lead for performance and systems management, you will have the drive and passion to deliver excellent services and continuously improve practice quality and standards.
