The Assistant Principal Super Curricula will provide strategic leadership for the college around the skills and attributes we want to develop in our students, beyond the examined curriculum. The Assistant Principal: Super Curricula Post builds on our valued traditions of ensuring that: students have an inspirational, exciting and accessible enrichment programme (we have over 100 courses on offer, and all of our students participate), and, our trips offer delivers a vast array of experiences to all students that broadens their horizons and contributes to their personal development (this year to date, the College has run 235 trips, 11 of which have been residential (with another 19 residential trips to take place in the next 5 months). In addition, this role means you will be at the frontline of internal and external communications, leading the Marketing Team to ensure that our Barton Peveril community, prospective students and external stakeholders are well informed about all that we do. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will be part of the strategic decision making process, working collaboratively with other SLT members to make sure Barton Peveril students are confident, resilient, caring global citizens.
