The salary for this permanent Senior Staff Nurse job is £34,100 - £41,000 per annum.

Staff Nurse Duties Include:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients diagnosed with haematological and oncological disorders.
* Develop personalised care plans in consultation with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
* Assess patient progress regularly and adapt care plans as needed.
* Provide aid in patient consultations, explaining the benefits, risks, and costs of various treatment options.
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to discuss care plans, patient progress, and other relevant information.
* Mentor junior staff, sharing your expertise in haematology.
* Support and comfort patients and their relatives by providing information and reassurance.
* Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Staff Nurse Requirements Include:
* Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
* Significant post-registration experience within a haematology setting.
* Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the administration of SACT.
* Experience managing and leading a clinical team.
