As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Undertake a structured training program of academic study alongside practical, hands-on experience.
* Work alongside experienced mentors to develop technical and problem-solving skills.
* Participate in improvement projects and contribute to the enhancement of equipment performance.
* Ensure machinery is maintained to a high standard through preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance.
* Develop an understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
