Duties
•Follow up purchase orders
•Load notifications
•Deal with shipping schedules & associated documentation
•Exchange of documents with UK & European service providers
•Follow up clearances and book deliveries
•Update inhouse systems on purchase order progress, track& trace, container ETA and delivery dates
•Book couriers
•Process invoices and match to purchase orders
•Update payment approvals

•Advanced IT skills
•Excellent6 verbal & written communicator
•Willing to learn
