IKEA Brighton is looking to hire a Sales & Sustainability Assistant, also known as a Product Quality & Recovery Co-worker.

What we offer
* The start date of employment will be the week beginning 16th June 2025.
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.25.
* 39 hours per week, working 5 days, including alternate weekends off.

Daily responsibilities
* Re-purpose, present, and sell IKEA products to enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate with different store functions to support range changes and maintain product quality.
* Follow quality guidelines for recalled, returned, and display stock to improve customer perception.
* Ensure furniture is assembled and secured properly, adhering to health and safety standards.
