Responsibilities
1. Create and deliver engaging and interactive art lessons to students across different year groups.
2. Develop and implement art curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
4. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their artistic skills and techniques.
5. Assess and evaluate student work, providing timely and meaningful feedback to both students and parents.

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field.
2. Teaching certification (PGCE/QTS) in the UK.
3. Prior experience teaching art in a primary or secondary school setting.
4. Strong knowledge of various art techniques, mediums, and art history.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to inspire and engage students with diverse learning needs.
7. Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
