About the Role
We are looking for a Senior PPC Lead to drive strategic leadership, innovation, and team development within our growing performance marketing function. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our PPC offering, with a 12-18 month progression roadmap toward becoming Head of PPC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Innovation
o Develop and execute high-impact PPC strategies for enterprise clients, ensuring performance and growth objectives are met.
o Lead cross-channel strategy discussions, aligning PPC with wider digital performance goals.
o Identify and implement emerging trends, AI advancements, and automation to enhance campaign efficiency.
2. Client Consulting & Growth
o Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, proactively solving challenges and identifying opportunities.
o Provide forward-thinking, consultative solutions to scale PPC efforts efficiently.
o Partner with the Strategy Director to drive new business pitches and client expansion.
o Mentor, coach, and upskill junior PPC specialists, fostering a high-performance team culture.
o Establish best practices and frameworks for PPC execution, QA, and reporting.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and development, to enhance holistic campaign performance.
3. Roadmap to Head of PPC (12-Month Plan)
o This role is designed as a stepping stone toward Head of PPC, and over the next 12-18 months, we will support your development in:
o Full ownership of PPC strategy across all key accounts and industries.
o Managing a growing team, defining processes, and leading hiring/training efforts.
o Developing new revenue streams, such as expanding our SaaS PPC offering from Beta adoption to a full-scale market launch.
o Driving operational efficiencies, including automation, AI adoption, and integration of new tools.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience across Google and Microsoft Ads
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to consult, influence, and present at senior levels.
* Passion for mentorship, leadership, and growing high-performing teams.
* Strong interest in SaaS marketing, automation, and AI-driven ad strategies (a bonus!).
