Aufgaben
1. Organise and manage the Director's inbox and diary.
2. Co-ordinate the Director's daily correspondence and communication.
3. Make all travel and accommodation arrangements, when necessary, including all elements of international travel.
4. Operate as the key contact between the Directors, and other, senior managers..
5. Manage internal/external communications and arrangements on behalf of the Directors, including communication with other international business units within the group.
6. Arrange external and internal meetings, as required.
7. Meet and greet key clients and senior members of business partners.
8. Organise and collate paperwork for board and management meetings, including agendas, note-taking, and following up on action points.
9. Organise and service the HARP project and senior management meetings.
10. Ensure the offices are always presented in a professional manner.
11. Seek ways of streamlining processes and making efficiencies.
12. Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and other media.
13. Provide routine and ad hoc management information and reports.
14. Prepare and review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting and/or technical accuracy.
Qualifikationen
15. Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages, inc. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
16. Fully conversant with GDPR regulations
17. A good standard of education, preferably at degree level however as min. to A level standard
18. Able to touch type with RSA Typing Skills Stage III (advanced) qualification with distinction, or equivalent.
19. Discretion and Trustworthiness (confidential information)
20. Extensive successful experience of working in a senior support role within a corporate environment.
21. Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
22. Great interpersonal and communication skills
23. Paralegal knowledge (Desirable)
24. Experience of supporting the CEO / Managing Director of a large organisation.
25. German speaking would be an asset
26. Previous experience within the Construction industry
