FACILITIES CO-ORDINATOR BROMSGROVE£25,000-£28,000MONDAY - FRIDAY
A family run business based in the Bromsgrove area is looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join their friendly and welcoming team. As a Facilities Co-Ordinator, you will be liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring jobs are processed to completion. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 5 weekends on call.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Facilities Co-Ordinator your key duties will include:
1. Managing the shared email inbox to ensure all jobs are actioned within the given Service Length Agreement (SLA).
2. Liaising between facilities office, retail outlets and engineers ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner and all parties are kept up to date.
3. Handling calls effectively and using initiative to deal with queries in a timely manner.
4. Creation of purchase orders and quotations.
5. Coordinate and manage engineer and subcontractor schedules considering logistical challenges.
