Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a Bristol-based telephone fundraising agency for charities. This role is Monday to Friday and is located in Bristol City Centre. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £11.50.
The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and have strong communication skills.

2. Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm

5. Start date: 10th February
6. Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
7. Option to provide support for your preferred sector or charities
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Conducting warm calls to both new and existing donors
2. Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed as per the guidelines
3. Achieving the balance of campaign targets whilst ensuring the call is a positive experience for the supporter
4. Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately
5. Overcoming objections to encourage cash commitment
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Previous customer service experience is required
2. Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner are essential
3. Ability to work individually and as part of a team
4. Exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload will be required
