About The Role
About the Role:
This is a fast-paced and varied role that plays a key part in the smooth operation of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Vehicle and warranty registration
* Completion of paperwork related to DVLA, registration, and stock control
* Ordering and tracking the movement of vehicles
* General administrative duties to support the sales team
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Significant experience in a similar administration role
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, experience in use of CRM/DMS systems
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience in the motor industry
