We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a mechanical engineering background and a proven track record of working with automated machinery to lead our fully automated installation project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of all aspects of the fully automated installation project.
2. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and uphold company policies.
3. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
4. Organize and oversee daily activities on-site to meet project milestones.
5. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
6. Address any site-related challenges or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
7. Conduct regular safety briefings and tool talks, emphasizing automation-specific safety protocols.
8. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Qualifications:
1. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
2. Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
3. Health and Safety certificate.
4. Mechanical engineering background or related qualification.
5. Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar automated installation or mechanical engineering project.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with an emphasis on automated systems.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
9. Demonstrated experience working with automated machinery.
