Position: Pre-Contract Manager

Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for an ambitious Pre-Contracts Manager to join their team in Guildford and help deliver projects up to circa £5m. 2024 has been and is looking to be a big year for them with a strong pipeline and big plans in the works making it an ideal time to join them in their journey.
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager with the desire to lead a team in Guildford in a fascinating industry. Your primary objectives of the role will be managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
2. Design Coordination: Work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
3. Cost Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
4. Procurement: Work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
The Offer:
In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £110,000 per annum, plus commission.
