We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Abbots Care Head Office in St Albans. Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels to promote Abbots Care home care services.
* Optimize our website using Content Management Systems (CMS), create engaging content, and ensure best practices for technical components and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
* Understand meta ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) creation, lead email marketing efforts with data management and prospect segmentation.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
* Manage social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Plan and coordinate participation in events to raise awareness and generate leads.
Person Specification:
* Good understanding of multichannel marketing methods, with experience using Google Analytics, WordPress, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Proficiency in social media management.
