Role: Resident Liaison Officer
Pay: £18.59 umbrella
Contract Duration: 6-9 months, possibility for extension
We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector, operating in SE London and Kent. Based in Dartford, you will be a vital link between the site team, residents, and clients, working on mixed externals and energy efficiency planned social housing refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking appointments and managing schedules.
2. Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
4. Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
5. Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is desirable (6-12 months+).
2. Customer service experience is key.
3. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
7. Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.
8. Must have a driving licence and access to own vehicle.
