Our client, a leading specialist Insurance organization is recruiting for an experienced Claims Consultant to join their well-established team.
The main purpose of the role will be to deliver high quality service to the Customers in all aspects of the claims processes.
This is a Full Time office based role situated in the Croxley Business Park.
ROLE:
1. Deliver high quality service to customers in all aspects of claims processes.
2. Providing professional and friendly telephone-based assessments and authorization of claims.
3. Providing written confirmation of claims assessments and decisions.
4. Dealing with invoice payment queries.
5. Undertake general office duties from time to time when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Two years' customer service & claims handling experience.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Professional telephone manner.
4. Customer-centric.
5. Self-motivated and results driven.
