* Training & Development: Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
* HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* HR Systems: Utilize HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in HR management and sound knowledge of UK legislation.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable).
