Based in Leicester, the position offers a basic salary of approximately £55,000-£60,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. As a key member of the Senior Management team, you'll help shape the future of the business. What You'll Do: As Production Manager, you will be responsible for production, warehousing, engineering, and site services. You will set both short- and long-term goals for the business and the team. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and evaluate production processes to drive continuous improvements. Identify, implement, and manage KPIs and lean activities. Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to ensure the production facility meets customer demands with agility. Foster a culture of health and safety while evaluating and approving new projects. Oversee day-to-day production management, including site maintenance and facilities. Support the development and implementation of a site strategy, encompassing manufacturing methods, engineering, organisation, and people development. Enable cross-departmental collaboration and achievement of key metrics. Provide leadership to define and support the site's strategic plan and lead change management initiatives. Ensure a highly engaged workforce aligned with site goals. What You'll Bring: Proven leadership skills with a track record of operational success in a manufacturing environment.
