Delivery Manager – Retail Operations
£35,000 - £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

Please note that this role will involve travel across the UK to visit our Food stores and travel to our office in Manchester when needed.
6-month secondment
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you’ll be supporting the delivery of a program of work aimed at improving the performance of marginal stores. It’s a big job, and one which feeds directly into our pure convenience strategy. Helping us implement some new thinking and feeding back across the business to ensure we are delivering the best possible outcome financially and looking after our colleagues and customers.
What you’ll do
* Work closely with our Property and Retail teams to create and deliver the implementation plan
* Work with Store Managers and Operation Managers to make any changes
* Help land the change and engagement plan across roll out
* Feedback to the working groups and project teams
* Support our teams to land, sustain and embed new ways of working
This role would suit people who have
* Strong networking skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with lots of colleagues
* The ability to influence and challenge colleagues when necessary
* Great communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach when working with different teams
* Good organisational skills and planning skills
