Finance Business Partner
This Finance Business Partner Job will work on the group's biggest and most complex site, partnering with production, working closely with the site ops director, and providing a range of reporting analysis to support commercial decision-making across the wider business. Your role should have a positive direct impact throughout the business, driving performance to essentially reduce costs and maximize margins. Your financial insights may be linked to logistics, costs, stock, spend, customers, suppliers, projects, production efficiency, labor, waste, etc.
With the role being new to the business, there are significant gains to be had, short term with the site you'll be focusing on, long term with the ongoing projects and additional sites, but even to the wider business that has not had a commercial finance partner to support their budgets and analyze trends.
The Requirements
* You must have manufacturing experience as you will need to demonstrate your experience and value add when partnering a production site alongside other commercial partnering.
* You must be qualified, or working towards qualification, but ideally, you will be qualified.
* You must have operated in an autonomous role, as this is a new position to the business; you will be shaping the role with the support of the FD and Ops Director, but essentially it will be on you to drive.
* You must have significantly strong Excel skills, with strong ERP system experience; any supporting implementation experience will also be desirable.
Long term, the progression route will essentially be shaped by the results of this role, by increasing headcount and building a team to support the other sites and operational leaders in a similar way to drive overall performance.
Salary is to be negotiated but can be discussed prior to CV submission. Benefits are enhanced overall, including holidays, healthcare, pension, etc.
