We have been retained by our client, an Innovative and stylish, Premium Unisex British Brand for a Store Manager to join their busy flagship store in Central London.
This exciting opportunity would be to manage the brand delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experience to new and existing customers.
The successful candidate would need to have a successful track record in sales and demonstrate positivity, encourage, mentor, and lead a small team driving motivation, passion and a content working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer focused with natural ability to build rapport, talk fashion and inspire.
2. Work closely with department store partners and management spotting new marketing opportunities.
3. Merchandise stock in line with brand guidelines, as well as the department store VM guidelines.
4. Maintain, tidy, and recover area.
5. Strong merchandising awareness and prioritise newness and create inspiring displays of stock.
6. Responsible for communication to the team for all expected retail standards in line with the brand and adhering to company procedure and compliance targets including inventory control and any defected/damaged goods.
7. Execute all POS procedures and departmental operating procedures for sale up take and removal.
8. Complete special orders as required.
9. Use personality and communication skills to sell the product to customers.
