This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the engineering team by efficiently allocating work, managing resources, and keeping clients informed. The role of Coordinator includes:
Assign tasks to engineers based on skills, availability, and project priorities.
Order necessary parts and equipment, ensuring timely delivery for ongoing projects.
Verify job locations and ensure engineers have the necessary information before dispatch.
Keep clients updated on job progress, expected completion times, and any changes.
Maintain and update the engineering team's work schedule, ensuring efficiency and timely service.
Address any scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or urgent client requests.
Maintain accurate logs of completed jobs, pending tasks, and parts inventory.
Work closely with engineers, suppliers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.To be considered for the role of Coordinator, you should have:-
Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or operations role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
