Role: Registered Care Manager
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Salary: £35,000 -£40,000 based on experiences
Contract: Full-time (On-site)

Your role will be to play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will be reporting to the Operations Director directly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading with Passion: Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Ensuring that the provisions of person-centred care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
* Championing Resident Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, including medication administration and adherence to care plans. Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Excellence in Operations: Collaborate with the Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home facility. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
* Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Supervise and train care staff on best practices.
* Commitment to Quality: Maintain accurate records and foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating care and implementing changes.
* Safety First: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a management role within the healthcare or residential care industry.
* Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care, always prioritising their well-being.
* Ability to manage resources effectively and make informed decisions to optimise operational performance.
* Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends and provide out of hours on-call
* Must be a UK resident or have settled status.
