What the day will look like
In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include:
1. Lead broker on a nominated account list, involving engagement across all regions of the UK
2. Within the team, lead D&O broker on new business opportunities
3. Coordination and collaboration with the other CRUK broking teams on individual client placement exercises and market engagements
4. Client presentations and visits alongside core client service teams
5. Branch and region visits to assist in engagement and awareness of D&O market issues and updates
How this opportunity is different
This is a highly visible role that sits within the Commercial Risks UK D&O team which is part of Aon's wider UK Broking operations. The team serves our regional operations, covering both our Advisory /SME and Corporate segments – as such, the broking activity spans middle size UK companies up to major UK plc risks and comprises one of the largest Corporate D&O portfolios in the market. The role will also include collaboration with our EMEA and GBC Financial Lines colleagues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
6. Minimum 3 years experience broking UK Financial Lines and/or D&O risks
7. Achievement or progress towards Professional Qualifications
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills
9. Strong self-management of workload and delivery to meet client needs
