As our Sales Advisor you just need to be a good communicator, a natural problem solver and comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly.
What will I be doing as a Sales Advisor?
1. Deal effectively & efficiently with all Sales related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel but when necessary, via QMS/e-mail/webchat & take responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion
2. Through great conversations offer upsell and cross sale products
3. Work closely with other areas of the business and our suppliers, maintaining & developing collaborative relationships to support our customers.
4. Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries.
5. Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity.
