Who we’re seeking: We are looking for a highly skilled and personable Senior Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of managing complex, high-value relationships with charity partners. This role involves overseeing partner communications, attending events, ensuring seamless project management, and maintaining strong, positive relationships that align with business goals. You’ll play a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that our campaigns deliver meaningful impact for our partners and Omaze. What you’ll do: Client-Facing Engagement & Event Attendance: Act as the primary point of contact for charity partners, managing day-to-day communications and building strong, long-term relationships. Attend key events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities to represent Omaze and foster deeper relationships. Campaign Management: Oversee the preparation and execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring key milestones are met and that all internal stakeholders are kept informed on the progress. Ensure that the campaign experience is optimised for success from initial launch through to completion. Relationship Building & Development: Foster and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are understood and aligned with Omaze’s objectives. Develop strategies to continually strengthen these relationships. Onboarding & RFP Support: Assist with sourcing new charity partners and manage the onboarding process, including contract creation, internal communications, and collaboration with legal teams to ensure compliance. Internal Collaboration & Workflow Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, social, operations) to ensure that all campaign assets, experience page copy, and impact stats are prepared and aligned with campaign objectives. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Own the reporting process, ensuring partners receive timely updates on campaign performance. Use data and insights to continuously optimise and improve partnership outcomes. Proactive Stakeholder Engagement: Stay on top of multiple moving pieces and proactively update stakeholders on campaign status, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process. Our ideal candidate has: Proven experience in managing partnerships or client accounts (6 years) with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Ability to gather, translate, and relay information effectively across teams and partners. Business acumen and judgment to make decisions that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Experience in managing the full lifecycle of a partnership, including the RFP process, onboarding, campaign execution and analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure project success. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all campaign aspects are managed efficiently and on time. Comfortable attending and representing Omaze at industry events, partner meetings, and public-facing opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
