Responsibilities
1. Experience of working with vulnerable children, including working at a senior level in a children's residential care home.
2. Excellent people management skills to lead, inspire, and motivate staff to ensure exceptional care for children.
Qualifications
You should have the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent.
