Responsibilities
1. Experience of working with vulnerable children, including working at a senior level in a children's residential care home.
2. Excellent people management skills, experienced at leading, inspiring, and motivating people in this type of setting to ensure exceptional care for children.
3. Be part of a team taking forward the expansion of our Residential Service.
Qualifications
You should have the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management or equivalent.
