Admin Assistant
Location - Cambridge Site
Role - Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am - 4pm (flexible)
We have a vacancy for a part-time general office administrator to join our client's busy, friendly building contractor and shopfitting company. This role is extremely varied and is office based only. They are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly organised person, based at their site office in Cambridge to administer PPM / Reactive works.
Responsibilities:
1. General Administrative Duties
2. Maintaining schedules
3. Raising contract job numbers
4. EVOMx Document management
5. Updating client and system portals
6. Signing off invoices on EVOMx
7. Emailing / organising planned and reactive works
8. Updating lists
9. Any Ad-hoc duties required
Skills required:
1. Computer literate - Microsoft package - proficient with Outlook and Excel
2. Good communication skills
3. Good literacy skills
4. Prompt time keeping
5. Highly organised: Enthusiastic, motivated, friendly: Uses initiative: Hard working.
6. Team player
7. Training on our systems provided
