THE POSITION
As part of our growth as a leader in SAAS solutions for Industrial printing companies, Infigo is looking for an energetic, strategy driven and experienced Financial Controller. We need someone who lives and breathes numbers in a fast-paced environment, someone that can provide guidance to a growing software company and understand the best structure and opportunities for a SAAS aligned business.
You can expect a great deal of autonomy and collaboration to reach the company’s growth and goals, while working closely with the SLT to guide, steer and drive financial success.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Help Infigo be setup for success in the fast-paced world of SAAS
* Responsible for the efforts and results of the financial department.
* Reporting to the CEO regarding all financial and accounting activities.
* Overseeing financial department in day-to-day operations.
* Oversee all company accounts.
* Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
* Manage cash flow by regularly reviewing internal reports.
* Manage financial team, including accountants, banks, and Infigo Accounts Manager
* Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems & processes, including payroll and ` invoicing
* Manage FX strategy according to market movements and predictions
* Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
* Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
* Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
* Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information.
* Assist with presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a business or finance environment; management & leadership skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
