Marketing at QCS Staffing
The marketing function at QCS Staffing was established in 2016, and with the launch of our new brand and website, we have seen tremendous growth. We are looking to expand our marketing team further to meet the increasing demand for marketing support across the business. This is a great time to join our team as we continue to expand globally, including the opening of our new USA office in March 2023.
Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of marketing activities across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Content Creation: Research and produce engaging blog and news content for the QCS Staffing website and careers page. Support in writing award entries and generating media coverage for press releases.
* Job Advertising: Write compelling job advertisements and post them across the relevant platforms. Run reports on unadvertised jobs and create job advert templates to streamline the process.
* Social Media: Create and publish engaging posts across our social media channels, helping to increase engagement and expand our global audience.
* Campaigns: Assist in the creation and organisation of marketing materials for seasonal campaigns, supporting our ongoing marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in a Marketing Communications (Marcomms) role.
* Experience in the recruitment industry (or a related sector) is highly desirable.
* Proficient in writing content for both B2B and B2C environments.
* Understanding of SEO best practices.
* Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* A natural advocate for marketing, with the ability to effectively communicate its benefits to colleagues at all levels.

* Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
